Our mission at Rox is to secure and grow the world’s revenue. We build revenue agents that either augment or automate the entire revenue life-cycle from inbound, outbound, deal management to renewals. Coding, Support and Legal agent categories are already maturing and are driving drastic productivity benefits. We believe Revenue agents will do the same. Apart from the bottom-line improvements, Revenue agents are uniquely positioned to also directly impact the top-line directly by bringing in more revenue.
The goal of our research program is to push the frontier on autonomous revenue execution. We are the first of its kind in this vertical.
The revenue vertical carries the following idiosyncrasies
Data is split across warehouses, CRM, email, calendar, call recorders for private data, enrichment vendors and public web for public data.
No two companies have the same workflow or process to run their GTM organization.
There is no hill-climbing possible against a golden benchmark because the workflow is not constrained to an IDE / ticketing system. What “good” is very subjective to the individual.
The rewards are long horizon and could take weeks/months from a lead to close of an opportunity.
UI has been fragmented across tools for years now. Seller attention needs to be earned.
Innovation in this vertical requires us to re-invent the way humans AND agents work from the ground-up across the data platform, the agent harness and the UI. As we explore the frontier, we will continue to post our learnings along the way for the community and incorporate our research into our product.
